Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for a logo?
It depends on many factors including who are your decision-makers (will it get stuck in committee?), is it a new logo or refresh and do you have ideas or concepts in mind. Generally it will take 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you work with clients outside your geographic area?
YES! We work remotely with clients frequently, using the technology clients prefer to keep communication open and flowing freely. We Skype, IMO, text, email and most productive of all, we talk on the phone. We use Dropbox for file exchange making it easy for anyone to accept digital files of any size.
Why would I care if you belong to trade organizations?
It's a sign of a good designer that wants to stay abreast of trends in the industry, legal issues and who wants to be connected to the larger community of graphic designers. We exchange ideas on technology, design and inspire each other to a higher standard of work. We also follow the ethic guidelines for both AIGA and GAG.
Designers and photographers are everywhere, how do I choose?
Anyone can claim to be a graphic designer but for quality work, fair pricing and professional results choose a degreed designer with experience who is a member of AIGA and GAG. Professionals have training in many aspects of design that combine to create winning results. You might not notice rookie mistakes but the rest of the world might.
Do you design websites?
We are not programmers but do have resources that are specialists in building sites, but did you know that today most websites of a great many companies, nonprofits and organizations are CMS and blogs platforms? Yes, using a Content Management System or blog platform is an affordable way to create a website that once built, you, the owner can easily manage without ongoing programming, design and maintenance costs. We do created the user interface and content, with management services available for GoDaddy, Weebly, WordPress and other websites.
